Watts Water Technologies (NYSE: WTS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized. This is a 5.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.17.

The dividend will be payable on June 16, 2016, to stockholders of record on June 2, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of May 31, 2016.
