Black Box (BBOX) Raises Quarterly Dividend 9.1% to $0.12; 3.4% Yield

Black Box (NASDAQ: BBOX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized. This is a 9.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.11.

The dividend will be payable on July 16, 2016, to stockholders of record on July 1, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of June 29, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.4 percent.
