Fossil Group sees FY2016 EPS of $1.80-$2.80, versus the consensus of $3.02.

• Net sales to decrease in the range of 5.0% to 1.5%

Fossil Group sees Q2 2016 EPS of $0.00-$0.15, versus the consensus of $0.59.

• Net sales to decrease in the range of 10.0% to 8.0%
