Veritiv (VRTV) Misses Q1 EPS by 23c

Veritiv (NYSE: VRTV) reported Q1 EPS of $0.21, $0.23 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.44. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.02 billion.

• The Company continues to expect 2016 Adjusted EBITDA to be in the range of $185 to $195 million.
