MSA (MSA) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3.1% to $0.33; 2.7% Yield

MSA (NYSE: MSA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.33 per share, or $1.32 annualized. This is a 3.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.32.

The dividend will be payable on June 10, 2016, to stockholders of record on May 23, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of May 19, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.7 percent.
