Rackspace (RAX) Tops Q1 EPS by 12c, Offers Guidance

Rackspace (NYSE: RAX) reported Q1 EPS of $0.34, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $518 million versus the consensus estimate of $518.95 million.

GUIDANCE:

Rackspace sees Q2 2016 revenue of $519-524 million, versus the consensus of $523.57 million.

• For the full year of 2016, Rackspace expects revenue to be between $2.08 billion and $2.16 billion
