Barnes Group (B) Raises Quarterly Dividend 8.3% to $0.13; 1.5% Yield

Barnes Group (NYSE: B) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share, or $0.52 annualized. This is an 8.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.12.

The dividend will be payable on June 10, 2016, to stockholders of record on May 26, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of May 24, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
