Hyster-Yale Materials (HY) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3.5% to $0.295; 1.9% Yield

Hyster-Yale Materials (NYSE: HY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.295 per share, or $1.18 annualized. This is a 3.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.285.

The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on June 1, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of May 27, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.9 percent.
