SeaWorld Entertainment (SEAS) Tops Q1 EPS by 8c

SeaWorld Entertainment (NYSE: SEAS) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.56), $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.64). Revenue for the quarter came in at $220.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $216.27 million.

Adjusted EBITDA was a loss of $5.9 million, a decrease of $2.1 million, or 55%, compared to an Adjusted EBITDA loss of $3.8 million in the first quarter of 2015.

For the full year of 2016, the company expects Adjusted EBITDA in the range of $335 million to $365 million.
