Chesapeake Utilities (NYSE: CPK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.305 per share, or $1.22 annualized. This is a 6.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.2875 .

The dividend will be payable on July 5, 2016, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of June 13, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.9 percent.
