IntercontinentalExchange Group (NYSE: ICE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.85 per share, or $3.4 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2016, to stockholders of record on June 16, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of June 14, 2016.
