Sunstone Hotel Investors (NYSE: SHO) reported Q1 FFO of $0.21, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $274.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $277.91 million.

Comparable Hotel RevPAR increased 1.5% to $143.67.

GUIDANCE:

Sunstone Hotel Investors sees Q2 2016 FFO of $0.36-$0.38, versus the consensus of $0.41.

Sunstone Hotel Investors sees FY2016 FFO of $1.17-$1.28, versus the consensus of $1.25.
