Boeing (NYSE: BA) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.09 per share, or $4.36 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 3, 2016, to stockholders of record on May 13, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of May 11, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.3 percent.
