Axcelis Technologies (ACLS) Tops Q1 EPS by 1c

Axcelis Technologies (NASDAQ: ACLS) reported Q1 EPS of $0.02, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $67.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $65.95 million.

For the second quarter ending June 30, 2016, Axcelis expects similar financial results as in the first quarter, with revenues to be in the mid $60 million range.
