Columbia Pipeline Partners (NYSE: CPPL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1875 per share, or $0.75 annualized. This is a 4.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.18.

The dividend will be payable on May 20, 2016, to stockholders of record on May 13, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of May 11, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.3 percent.
