First Merchants Corp (FRME) Raises Quarterly Dividend 21.% to $0.14; 2.2% Yield

First Merchants Corp (NASDAQ: FRME) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share, or $0.56 annualized. This is a 21.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.115.

The dividend will be payable on June 17, 2016, to stockholders of record on June 3, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of June 1, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.2 percent.
