SoTHERLY Hotels (NASDAQ: SOHO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $0.36 annualized. This is a 5.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.085.

The dividend will be payable on July 11, 2016, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of June 13, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.1 percent.
