CorEnergy Infrastructure (NYSE: CORR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.75 per share, or $3 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 31, 2016, to stockholders of record on May 13, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of May 11, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 14.2 percent.
