B/E Aerospace (BEAV) Declares $0.21 Quarterly Dividend; Files Equities Shelf Registration

B/E Aerospace (NASDAQ: BEAV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share, or $0.84 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 10, 2016, to stockholders of record on May 16, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of May 12, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.7 percent.

In addition, the Company filed an S-3 shelf registration statement yesterday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The shelf registration statement, which became effective upon filing and was filed to replace a previous S-3 shelf registration statement, will allow the Company to issue common stock and debt securities in one or more offerings. However, the Company has no plans to offer securities under the shelf registration statement at this time.
