Columbia Banking System (NASDAQ: COLB) declared a special dividend of $0.19 per share. This is a 5.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.18.

The dividend will be payable on May 25, 2016, to stockholders of record on May 11, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of May 9, 2016.
