Nordic American Offshore (NYSE: NAO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.32 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 27, 2016, to stockholders of record on May 12, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of May 10, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.1 percent.
