Wells Fargo (WFC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 1.3% to $0.38; 3% Yield

Wells Fargo (NYSE: WFC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share, or $1.52 annualized. This is a 1.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.375.

The dividend will be payable on June 1, 2016, to stockholders of record on May 6, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of May 4, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.
