Sunoco (NYSE: SUN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.8173 per share, or $3.2692 annualized. This is a 2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.801275.

The dividend will be payable on May 16, 2016, to stockholders of record on May 6, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of May 4, 2016.
