American Campus Communities (ACC) Misses Q1 FFO by 1c, Affirms FY Guidance

American Campus Communities (NYSE: ACC) reported Q1 FFO of $0.62, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.63. Revenue for the quarter came in at $200 million versus the consensus estimate of $188.45 million.

2016 Outlook

The company is maintaining its previously stated guidance range for the fiscal year 2016, anticipating that FFO will be in the range of $2.19 to $2.35 per fully diluted share and FFOM will be in the range of $2.14 to $2.30 per fully diluted share.
