Regions Financial Corporation (NYSE: RF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.065 per share, or $0.26 annualized. This is an 8.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.06.

The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2016, to stockholders of record on June 10, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of June 8, 2016.
