WEC Energy (NYSE: WEC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.495 per share, or $1.98 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 1, 2016, to stockholders of record on May 13, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of May 11, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.6 percent.
