Lazard Ltd. (NYSE: LAZ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share, or $1.52 annualized. This is an 8.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.35.

The dividend will be payable on May 13, 2016, to stockholders of record on May 3, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of April 29, 2016.
