Commerce Bancshares (NASDAQ: CBSH) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.225 per share, or $0.9 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 27, 2016, to stockholders of record on June 10, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of June 8, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.9 percent.

Also today the Board of Directors approved a dividend of $0.3750 per depositary share on the Company’s Series B non-cumulative perpetual preferred stock (NASDAQ: CBSHP) payable June 1, 2016, to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 13, 2016.
