Shell Midstream Partners (NYSE: SHLX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.235 per share, or $0.94 annualized. This is a 6.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.22.

The dividend will be payable on May 12, 2016, to stockholders of record on May 2, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of April 28, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.7 percent.
