JMP Group (JMP) Declares $0.03 Monthly Dividend; Boosts Stock Buyback

JMP Group (NYSE: JMP) declared a monthly dividend of $0.03 per share, or $0.36 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 13, 2016, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of June 13, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.9 percent.

In addition, the board of directors has increased the company’s share repurchase authorization by 745,981 common shares. As a result, as of the close of the market on April 18, 2016, a total of 1,500,000 common shares were eligible for repurchase through December 31, 2016.
