Aon plc (NYSE: AON) declared an annual dividend of $0.33 per share, or $0.33 annualized. This is a 10% increase from the prior dividend of $0.30.

The dividend will be payable on May 16, 2016, to stockholders of record on May 2, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of April 28, 2016.
