Hospitality Properties Trust (HPT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2% to $0.51; 7.7% Yield

Hospitality Properties Trust (NYSE: HPT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.51 per share, or $2.04 annualized. This is a 2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.50.

The dividend will be payable on May 19, 2016, to stockholders of record on April 25, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of April 21, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.7 percent.
