RPM International (NYSE: RPM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.275 per share, or $1.1 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 29, 2016, to stockholders of record on April 18, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of April 14, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.3 percent.
