Tanger Factory Outlet Centers (NYSE: SKT) declared an annual dividend of $0.325 per share, or $0.325 annualized. This is a 14% increase from the prior dividend of $0.285.

The dividend will be payable on May 13, 2016, to stockholders of record on April 29, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of April 27, 2016.
