ARMOUR Residential REIT (NYSE: ARR) declared a monthly dividend of $0.27 per share, or $3.24 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 27, 2016, to stockholders of record on April 15, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of April 13, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 15 percent.
