Bank of the Ozarks (OZRK) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3.3% to $0.155; 1.5% Yield

Bank of the Ozarks (NASDAQ: OZRK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.155 per share, or $0.62 annualized. This is a 3.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.15.

The dividend will be payable on April 22, 2016, to stockholders of record on April 15, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of April 13, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
