NASDAQ OMX Group (NDAQ) Raises Quarterly Dividend 28% to $0.32; 2% Yield

NASDAQ OMX Group (NASDAQ: NDAQ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share, or $1.28 annualized. This is a 28% increase from the prior dividend of $0.25.

The dividend will be payable on June 24, 2016, to stockholders of record on June 10, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of June 8, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2 percent.
