Waddell & Reed Financial (NYSE: WDR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.46 per share, or $1.84 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on May 2, 2016, to stockholders of record on April 18, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of April 14, 2016.
The annual yield on the dividend is 8.2 percent.
