UPDATE: UDR, Inc. (UDR) Boosts Qtr. Dividend to 29.5c/Share; Yields 3.2%

UDR, Inc. (NYSE: UDR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.295 per share, or $1.18 annualized. The dividend is an increase from the current rate of $0.2775.

The dividend will be payable on May 2, 2016, to stockholders of record on April 11, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of April 7, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.
