8point3 Energy Partners (NASDAQ: CAFD) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2246 per share, or $0.8984 annualized. This is a 3.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.217.

The dividend will be payable on April 14, 2016, to stockholders of record on April 5, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of April 1, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.5 percent.
