Realty Income (NYSE: O) declared a monthly dividend of $0.199 per share, or $2.388 annualized. This is a 0.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.1985.

The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on April 1, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of March 30, 2016.
