W. P. Carey (WPC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 1% to $0.9742; 6.4% Yield

W. P. Carey (NYSE: WPC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.9742 per share, or $3.8968 annualized. This is a 1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.965.

The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of March 29, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.4 percent.
