Xenia Hotels (XHR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 19.6% to $0.275; 7.1% Yield

Xenia Hotels (NYSE: XHR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.275 per share, or $1.1 annualized. This is a 19.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.23.

The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of March 29, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 7.1 percent.
