P&f Industries (PFIN) Initiates Qtr. Dividend at 5c/Share; Yields 1.9%

P&f Industries (NASDAQ: PFIN) has initiated a quarterly dividend at $0.05 per share, or $0.20 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 14, 2016, to stockholders of record on March 31, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of March 29, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.9 percent.
