Saul Centers (BFS) Raises Quarterly Dividend 9.3% to $0.47; 3.7% Yield

Saul Centers (NYSE: BFS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.47 per share, or $1.88 annualized. This is a 9.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.43.

The dividend will be payable on April 29, 2016, to stockholders of record on April 15, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of April 13, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.7 percent.
