Taubman Centers (TCO) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5.3% to $0.595; 3.2% Yield

Taubman Centers (NYSE: TCO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.595 per share, or $2.38 annualized. This is a 5.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.565.

The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2016, to stockholders of record on March 15, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of March 11, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.
