Prologis (PLD) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5% to $0.42; 4.3% Yield

Prologis (NYSE: PLD) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.42 per share, or $1.68 annualized. This is a 5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.40.

The dividend will be payable on March 31, 2016, to stockholders of record on March 18, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of March 16, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.3 percent.
