Felcor Lodging Trust (FCH) Misses Q4 FFO by 1c

Felcor Lodging Trust (NYSE: FCH) reported Q4 FFO of $0.15, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $206.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $210.48 million.

Same-store RevPAR increased 5.4% over the same period in 2014.

GUIDANCE:

Felcor Lodging Trust sees FY2016 FFO of $0.90 - $0.99, versus the consensus of $0.96.
