SouFun Holdings (SFUN) Misses Q4 EPS by 5c

SouFun Holdings (NYSE: SFUN) reported Q4 EPS of ($0.09), $0.05 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.04). Revenue for the quarter came in at $300.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $287.88 million.

GMV increased by 28% from $10.6 billion in the third quarter of 2015 to $13.5 billion in the fourth quarter.

SouFun estimates its total revenue guidance for 2016 around $1,060.2 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 20.0%. This forecast reflects Fang's current and preliminary view, which is subject to change.
