Dril-Quip (DRQ) Tops Q4 EPS by 36c

Dril-Quip (NYSE: DRQ) reported Q4 EPS of $1.42, $0.36 better than the analyst estimate of $1.06. Revenue for the quarter came in at $201.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $195.1 million.

Dril-Quip announced that its backlog at December 31, 2015 was $685 million, compared to its December 31, 2014 backlog of approximately $1.2 billion.
